Return and Refund Policy

Betterone Design is committed to providing high-quality products and services. If you are not satisfied with your purchase, please contact our customer support team within 7 days of receiving your order.  

Returns:  

Returns will only be accepted in the following circumstances:

  • Defective or Damaged Products: If you receive a product that is defective or damaged upon arrival, please contact us immediately with proof (e.g., photos or videos) of the issue. We will arrange for a replacement or refund.
  • Incorrect Product: If you receive the wrong product, please contact us within 7 days of receiving your order. We will arrange for the correct product to be sent to you or provide a refund.

Refunds:

Refunds will be processed within 3-5 business days of receiving the returned product. Refunds will be issued to the original method of payment.  

Shipping Costs:

If a return is due to a defective or damaged product, we will cover the return shipping costs. However, if a return is due to reasons other than a defective or damaged product, the customer will be responsible for the return shipping costs.

Non-Returnable Items:

Certain items may not be eligible for return. These items may include, but are not limited to:

  • Custom-made products
  • Personalized items
  • Sale items
